as someone who’s gay as shit myself, no offense but they have never been directly questioned about it before. never. no one as ever bluntly questioned bts’ lyrics and especially a tweet he made.

in this interview, namjoon n the rest were answering questions well but they were being really cautious about what they were saying.

like, can you even imagine how much anxiety that must’ve been for all of them? korea is still a very homophobic country. yes they have their very few amount of openly gay celebrities, but most of them are continously snubbed by the media.

and bts, who just recently again, hit their all time high gotta tread really carefully. because as we should all know anything they say, the media will blow up.

now how the fuck you think the media are gonna react when BTS’ Leader, Kim Namjoon (that they constantly attack for any little thing he does and you fucking know it)blatantly states about his love and support for the LGBTQ+ in an interview with fucking BILLBOARD.. How do you think that’s gonna go down. 

he has already made it overwhelmingly clear about what he thinks about us. so clear. he has shown us a lot of support, mostly subtle, some obvious. i don’t need to list them, namjoon stans talk about it all the fucking time.

but y’all ofc gotta attack him bc he didn’t give us the speech of a life time. okay.

what i’m NOT saying is that bts gotta stay silent abt it for the rest of their lives bc of what it could do to them. yoongi did say his thoughts, i’m sure he speaks for the team. but you guys are being really unfair right now, imo.
