The Queen & Commander, Sansa Stark.

Such an underrated scene. And it actually hints at SO much: 

a) Sansa is a born leader both in attitude and capability to make decisions 

b) Sansa thinks for herself, sees problems the men around her overlook and sorts them out before they become *real* problems

c) Sansa is not afraid to call out and reproach her ‘staff’ but she does it gently, with respect and care (and they in turn respect her and listen to her)

Bonus: The Vale answers to Sansa – nobody gives a shit about LF and his opinions (nevermind Sweetrobin)
